We loaded up our third trailer and took it up the house this weekend. We are “slowly” getting there but the time is just flying.
Our carpets and wiring for cable is installed. The steps are just about done other than touch ups on staining and a nice cleaning job.
Our kitchen is coming along. The paint color was switched and it looks much better. Our wall oven,range, hood,dishwasher,and refrigerator are in place. Last week, I bought all hardware for the kitchen cabinets and picked up our backslash; they are up next on the kitchen list.
Our front and side wooden doors are stained and they look beautiful! Both sides have a different stain color to match our inside floors and our garage doors to their best! I think they turned out great!!
It’s really starting to feel like home… here are some photo’s of a couple of the rooms.
Hopefully, If the weather stays mainly dry, the grading can be finished around the house and down the driveway. It’s been tough with the soil being so wet. They did get some of it done but we need much more. Keep your fingered crossed for us.
September is sure enough to be the most stressful month yet. We already feel it and it’s only the 4th.
Hopefully by next blog, we will be moved it…(oh please, oh please, oh please!!)

Love all the new pics….with the colors! You do have a mud room! Yay….I saw on one of those design shows….a doggy bath….low to the ground….but it would be perfect for rinsing off the explorer boots when Danny comes inside. Love the pain color in his bedroom! Everything looks so beautiful. Moving can be stressful….don’t let it be. The house is so incredible….just waiting for all of you to settle in. So happy for all of you! The kitchen is coming together beautifully! I predict a lifetime of wonderful memories for all of you out there in Green Lane!
